As we continue to review and improve our organizational governance, it is imperative that Zeta Phi Beta has leaders with the skill set to enact the wishes of our Sisterhood. I offer my professional and volunteer experience in nonprofit governance, leadership development, organizational training and workshop facilitation to you as your next International Chair of the Board of Directors.

THE PLATFORM
Work with the IBOD to provide oversight and transparency expected by the Sisterhood
Work with the IBOD to evaluate its effectiveness for greater value and impact
Facilitate IBOD meetings with respect for all volunteering their time and talents
Cultivate relationships with pertinent affiliate leaders to advance our collective missions
Provide regular trainings for the IBOD on applicable topics and best practices
Work with Sorority leaders to provide regular Sorority-wide governance training
